A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 1967"

1. A crime on October 23, 2015;

A. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) called the mobile phone dealer C at around 08:00 on October 23, 2015, at a place near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seodong-dong, and opened a mobile phone in the name of Defendant-friendly job offer D.

On the other hand, the application form 2 is requested to be prepared on behalf of the head of the application form for subscription, and the Defendant made C to write “D”, “E”, “E” in the name of the application form for subscription of LG U, “E”, “E” in the customer state column, “D” in the customer state column, and “D” in the customer state column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the Chapter 2 of LG U subscription application in the name of SG U, a private document related to rights and obligations, and had C keep the forged documents in the office prior to the receipt of the radio operator.

B. The Defendant made a false statement as if he/she opened a mobile phone with D’s delegation from the victim C at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (a).

However, the fact that the defendant had obtained D's driver's license on a remote opportunity was only thought to sell a mobile phone through opening of the mobile phone without his/her permission, but it did not actually have the intention or ability to make D use of the above mobile phone or pay the cost of the mobile phone.

Around 10:00 on the same day from the person who was accused of the victim as above, the Defendant was granted two “gallon 5” of the total market value in G near the operation station in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, which is equivalent to the total of 1,79,600 won, as the operation station of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

2. A crime on January 6, 2016;

A. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on January 6, 2016, called the mobile phone dealer at the place near the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to open a mobile phone under the name of the Defendant’s female-friendly job offers I.

at the same time, two copies of the application.
