Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and a fine of five million won for a special injury, etc. in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch on June, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 13, 2017.

1. On June 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) the title stating “written appointment of a party” in the form No. 2013 unit 5209 unit 201; (b) the Defendant selected the following persons as a party to the instant case; and (c) appointed the said Defendants as a litigation executor for all the said Defendants under Article 53(1) of the Civil Procedure Act with respect to the first instance trial proceedings.

The name of "A" is written as "A" and the name of "B, C, D, E, F, and G" has been affixed arbitrarily on the name of "B, D, D, E, F, and G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of appointment of the party in the name of B, C, D, E, F, and G, which are private documents related to rights and obligations.

2. On June 24, 2013, the Defendant, at the Changwon District Court, submitted to the staff-in-law in charge of the court who was aware of the forgery, the above party’s emotional book and exercised it as if it were genuine.

Defendant 1 was a person who was the representative of the resident in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Howon-si, and the victim I (the victim I (the victim I) from November 6, 2013 to November 2014, and the victim J (the victim J (W, 41 years of age) from November 1, 2014 to the present resident.
