A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2014, the Defendant forged a private document and prepared a private document: (a) at the Defendant’s office located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) on the guarantee column for the site for a real estate lease agreement purchased at the door-to-door store in the color-type c; (c) from April 30, 2013 to April 29, 2015; (d) “from April 30, 2013 to April 29, 2015”; (c) in the lessor column, “Masan-gu, 113 Dong 102 and name E”; and (d) in the lessee column, “Masan-gu, 406 Dong 902, G; and the lessee’s agent column” written “Masan-gu and name A” and put a prior seal on each name.

For the purpose of exercising as above, the Defendant forged the title E of the real estate lease agreement, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and simultaneously prepared the G name by gathering the agent qualification.

2. Around October 2014, the Defendant: (a) presented the I golf practice site located in H in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) as if he/she was a document duly formed with the completion of a real estate lease agreement prepared by forgery and qualification reproduction; and (c) delivered a copy thereof to the tradeJ, which was aware of such forgery and qualification reproduction.
