Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the same court as the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., in the case of violation of the Road Traffic Act, at the net support of the Gwangju District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 months by the same court on October 15, 201.

Criminal facts

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doning Vehicle) is a person engaging in driving motor vehicles.

On September 20, 2013, at around 04:18, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.163% of alcohol content, and escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle and taking necessary measures, such as providing rescue to the victim, while proceeding at a speed of about 60km per hour from the right side of the Do screen to the right side of the Heungung-gun, Goungung-gun, Goung-gun, the Dolleng-gun, the Dolleng-gun, the Do screen of which is about 50km. In so doing, the Defendant got the victim D (the age of 66) who was walking ahead of the right side of the vehicle, due to the negligence of driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, led to the death of the vehicle at the scene, and without providing rescue to the victim.

2. On September 20, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 7 km in front of the oil station in the same military screen from the day before the Kakung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.163% of the blood alcohol concentration around 04:18,00.
