Around 09:00 on November 10, 2014, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by stating that the victim C and other 10 residents of the above apartment complex who were under assembly or demonstration with respect to the corruption of the representative of the Dong president of the damage prevention construction on the rooftop of apartment houses in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim.

Judgment

An offense subject to prosecution: A victim of Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act withdraws a complaint against the Defendant on July 1, 2015, which was after the prosecution of the instant case.

Judgment dismissing public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons under Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
