The victim B of the facts charged in the instant case is the chairman of the election management committee of the Dong-gu Daejeon apartment, and the Defendant is the election management member of the same apartment, and the Defendant, as the election management member of the same apartment on July 8, 2019, removed the Defendant’s fluor card of the candidate for the apartment audit election at around 06:50 on July 8, 2019.
