The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the representative of the Dong Dong-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and the victim D is the same Dong-dong prior to the same consent.

At around 10:40 on August 10, 2018, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by citing that “I am walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk that walk walk walk walk walk walk wal that walk walk walk walk walk.”

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.

C. Submission of a written agreement with the victim on October 10, 2018, which was subsequent to the prosecution of the instant case.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
