A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on September 26, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Net Prison on April 15, 2014. The Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 17, 2016, Defendant A promised to sell psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., one philophone, and two philophones), and received KRW 2.50,000 from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account in the name of F, his/her father, and sold to F, who may know of the Defendant’s residence, approximately 0.4g of H 102 and approximately 0.4g of philophones in the mail of H 102 and 909.

In addition, from the same day to March 6, 2016, the Defendant received 3.750,000 won in total from B to F account in the name of F, as shown in attached Table 1, from B, and sold approximately 6.2g of the total opon to B, by ordering F or the Defendant’s ChokI to put the opon in the mail.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) promised to purchase philophones by telephone to purchase philophones; (b) transferred 2.50,000 won of philophones to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of F, A, his/her father; (c) by mail No. 909, in the name of F, his/her residence, H 102 Dong, H 102 Dong; and (d) purchased philophones with approximately 0.4g of philophones attached to F, in accordance with the direction of A; and (c) by finding one philophones attached to F, and two philophones with two philophones.

In addition, from the same day to March 6, 2016, the Defendant’s account in the name of F used by A over 12 times, as shown in attached Table 1.
