A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

1.450,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on August 6, 201, and was sentenced to one year and six months on August 3, 201.

"2012 Highest 1682" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On May 30, 2012, around 22:30 on May 30, 2012, the Defendant purchased a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.4g of approximately 2,50,000 won for psychotropic drugs in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Office, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and Melopon using a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.4g of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On June 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking 250,000 won and 2.54g philophones from D at the same place as before the preceding paragraph.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 2, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 grams in the first floor toilet in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, into a single-use injection machine, dilution, and injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

B. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 gramphones in the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 03:00, and in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph.

1. At around 22:00 on October 201, the Defendant 201, at around 22:50 on G’s maternity car parked on a road near the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Government market, the Defendant dried up a considerable amount of 0.4g philopon, which is a psychotropic drug located in G, for a single use, and 2.50,000 won.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones.

2. On November 201, 201, at around 22:00, at the same place as above, the philophone 0.4g, contained in G from a single-use injection machine, and 2.50,000 won was dry.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones.

3. The Defendant’s place above at the end of November 201 or around 22:00, on the first and second orders of December 201.
