Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the part of March 21, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on October 16 of the same year.

[Criminal facts] 【2015 Highest 2945】 Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 23, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant purchased disposable injection equipment from C, which contains approximately 0.05g of a flive mental medicine (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) in the Newcheon Station neighboring the Newcheon Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, with approximately 0.05g of 120,000 won.

2. On May 23, 2015, at around 19:30, the Defendant, within the above restaurant, administered the instant restaurant in a manner of infecting and dilution in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05g philophones purchased as above, and in a dilution with the Defendant’s come-of-beculculous injection into the Defendant’s bar.

3. On September 2015, the Defendant purchased 0.5g of philophones contained in E in a single-use motor vehicle on the front side of D, which is operated by E, from the front side of D, on the first half of the city of the Council around 21:00,000.

4. On the same day as the above 3.3., the Defendant 1 purchased approximately 0.03g of philophonephones purchased from E at the Defendant’s residence located in Yong-si Building F. 404 on the same day as the above 4.3.30, and injected them by means of dilution with the Defendant’s meconium in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with the Defendant’s meconium.
