A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

603,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively called 'coponphone', hereinafter referred to as ‘coponphone') and marijuana as follows:

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On December 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold 30,000,000 won from D hotel next to D hotel C, which is located in D hotel C, in a single-use way, using a single-use injection machine from E, which contains approximately 0.35 galphones.

B. On January 23, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold 300,000,000 won in front of the YE branch office in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, in a single-use injection method, using approximately 0.35 gramphones from E, to E.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred approximately 0.1g of the philophones purchased from E to a single d hotel injection machine; and (b) injected it to the Defendant’s lusium, in a way that the Defendant injected it into the Defendant’s lusium.

B. On January 23, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of the penphones purchased from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government into a single-use injection machine, and administered them in a way that the Defendant injected them into the bloodline of the Defendant.

C. On April 27, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) injected the aquatic water rapidly into a single-use injection machine that contains approximately 0.07gg of phiphones; and (b) injected with the Defendant’s come-of-kick blood transfusion.

3. The Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) around 23:00 on April 2015, 201: (b) at park events located in the 42-lane 12 complex in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for the 12-lane spawn.
