The judgment of the first instance.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court concerning this case is the same as that of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420
(2) In addition, the court of first instance that rejected the Plaintiff’s claim on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s claim was not significantly different from the Plaintiff’s claim in the first instance court, and that of the first instance court that did not accept the Plaintiff’s claim on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s claim was groundless.
The judgment of the first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
