A. 1) On April 13, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant for non-distribution, damage, or damage by air with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The contents of the relevant contract and the terms and conditions are as follows. The insured shall be paid: The amount of insurance coverage covered by the insured for the insurance period, the amount of payment thereof, the amount of 250,000 won per month of general disability pension 10,000 won on April 13, 2019, the amount of 10,000 won for the insured general disability pension for the ten year, the amount of 375,000-250,000 won for the insured, and Article 14 (Reasons for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Temporary Clauses of the Contract. ① When the insured company falls under any of the following cases, it shall pay the insurance money (referring to the "standard for payment of insurance money" in attached Table 1) agreed upon to the beneficiaries (when the insured becomes a state of disability of Grades 1 through 2 in the insurance period of Grade 6 in the category of general disability insurance due to the traffic accidents other than Grade 6: When the insured becomes a state of disability except Grade 1 through Grade 6 in the insurance period of the General Disability Pension.
