1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. 89,500,000 won and one of the 76,000,000 won shall be repaid from October 31, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On November 26, 1998, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, an insurance company, and the contractor and the beneficiary with the Plaintiff, the insured, and the insured with the amount of KRW 10,000,000 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
(2) The grounds for and scope of the payment of insurance proceeds under the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, and the classification of disability grades are as follows.
Article 14 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) A company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1, e.g., Table of Standards for Payment of Insurance Money) to any of the following cases:

When the insured becomes disabled in Grades I through II in the attached Table of the classification of disabilities due to the disaster other than traffic disasters which occurred during his/her cover period; 15. When the insured becomes disabled in Grades III through VI in the attached table of the classification of disabilities due to the disaster other than traffic disasters which occurred during his/her cover period; 16. When the insured becomes disabled in Grades III through VI in the attached table of the classification of disabilities; When the insured in the attached table of the classification of disabilities occurs during his/her cover period; When the insured in the attached table of the classification of disabilities due to the disaster other than traffic disasters; 16. When the insured in the attached table of the classification of disabilities becomes disabled in Grades I through II due to the disaster other than traffic disasters: When the insured in the cover period; 17. However, if the condition of the disability occurs in the same part of the body, only the disability pension or disability benefit corresponding to the highest grade is rare.
(6) Paragraph (5) shall apply.
