Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 7, 1997, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant, the insured, and the beneficiary at the time of their survival, for the soft Transport Accident Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The main contents of the terms and conditions relating to the instant case are as follows:
Article 14 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) A company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1, e.g., attached hereto) when any of the following events occurs:

When the insured is in a state of disability of Grades I through VI in the attached Table on the classification of disabilities due to a traffic accident (hereinafter referred to as the "traffic accident") prescribed in attached Table 4 (Classification of Traffic Disasters) which occurs on ordinary day during the insurance period: When he/she becomes in a state of disability of Grades III through VI in the classification table due to a traffic accident that occurs on ordinary day during the insurance period: When he/she becomes in a state of disability of Grades III through VI in the classification table of disabilities: He/she shall pay the benefits for ordinary traffic accidents.
(11) The disability pension referred to in subparagraphs 10, 12, 14, and 16 of paragraph (1) may be paid in advance at the estimated interest rate of this insurance at the request of the beneficiary.
(Attachment 1) The payment standard table of insurance money (10) (Article 14 (1) 10 of the Clause): When the insured becomes disabled in Grades 1 through 2 in the disability classification table due to a traffic accident that occurred during the insurance period: The amount of payment shall be paid in advance in a lump sum for ten (10) years each by 30% of the contracted insurance coverage amount on the day when the cause for the payment of insurance money occurs.
