1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Defendants exceeding the following amount ordered to be paid shall be revoked.

Where the insured has become a disability of Grades I through VI in the table of disability classification for a direct reason, or becomes a disability of Grades I through VI in the table of disability classification for a direct reason other than the "traffic disaster" prescribed in the disaster classification table: Payment of insurance money, etc., under Article 25 (Payment of Insurance Money, etc.) (1) When the company has received the documents prescribed in Article 24 (Documents Required at Time of Filing a Claim for Insurance Money, etc.), it shall issue the receipt, and it shall be set aside within three days from the date of receipt of the documents by dinging the insurance money or the refund money for cancellation or exempting the payment of insurance money.

Provided, That where it is necessary to investigate or confirm the grounds for payment of insurance money or premiums, the insurance money shall be covered or the insurance premium shall be exempted within 10 days after receipt.

[Attachment 1] If the insured becomes disabled in Grades 4 through 6 of the Disability Classification Table due to a disaster other than the "traffic disaster" in the attached Table 1 of the Standard for Payment of Insurance Money, the following amount shall be paid according to the disability grade: Grade 5: 7 million won; Grade 6: 3 million won shall be guaranteed.
