A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months and for not more than six months for the crimes of No. 2 of the holding.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 4086] On January 4, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court in order to commit robbery, etc. on December 21, 2011, and the execution of the sentence was terminated. On February 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Western District Court for larceny, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2013.

[2015 Highest 4825] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on June 12, 2014 by the Seoul Western District Court for the crime of extortion, etc. on June 20, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 20, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence.

The number of days of detention of the defendant on May 11, 2014, which is pending in the appellate trial, is the first instance court.
