Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:00 on October 28, 2041, the Defendant driving a c business car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 3 km from the Dachopp-ro in Ulsan-gu to the front side of the building Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu at around 07:35 on the same day, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.153%.
