Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2020, at around 21:45, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender committing a crime in violation of the Immigration Control Act against the possession of a passport; (b) arrested the Defendant on the back of the patrol vehicle, and she saw the Defendant’s hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on on the back of the patrol vehicle; and (c) continuously 21:55 on the same day, the Defendant fright the Defendant who was unable to walk-on-on by drinking in the D Zone of the Chungcheong Police Station of the Chungcheong Police Station of the Republic of Korea, which was located in the 21:55 on the same day.
