1. On September 2013, the Defendant forged a driver’s license certificate of another person for the purpose of avoiding arrest of an investigative agency, etc. while he/she had liveded as a separate fraud case.

On September 2013, the Defendant received a photographic file (number F, name E, resident number G, issue date April 15, 2008, and the issuance date) of the driver’s license issued by the former Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency of the North Korean National Police Agency of the Republic of Korea to E, which is the seat of D, from one’s own son, from around the following influences: (a) the Defendant sent a photographic file to H, who is one’s own son’s own son’s son’s son’s son’s driver’s license; and (b) attached a photograph to H, which is similar to the size and shape of the driver’s license.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising official document, the defendant set one copy of driver's license to E in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency prior to North Korea, which is an official document.

2. On August 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 11:30 on August 25, 2015, on the first street of Seocho-gu Seoul, and (b) was requested to present an identification card by the police department in charge of the police station in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul to present the identification card; (c) as such, the Defendant presented the forged vehicle driver’s license to the said police officer and exercised it.

3. The Defendant’s fraud against the victim K [the premise fact] was purchased on the condition that the Defendant succeeded to the loan of M& Co., Ltd. holding a factory in the Nam-gun L et al. and three parcels prior to November 2008, and additionally paid KRW 280,000,000,000. The above acquisition price and the cost of factory repair shall be paid by the other person from borrowing or receiving an investment, and the above acquisition price and the cost of factory repair shall be paid to the representative director of M Co., Ltd. in order to promote the recycling energy project by planting a person with good credit as the representative director of M Co., Ltd.
