1. Cene-related crimes;

A. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered one driver’s license in the name of the victim D in a park waste box located in the following city university in the following city of Busan; (b) returned such license to the victim; or (c) reported the acquisition thereof to the police station in the nearest area.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

B. On November 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased a vehicle at the Crenk office operated by F in the Darenk-si, YE around 15:40 on November 28, 2016; (b) stated “D” and “D” in the lessee’s name name, using a stample on the vehicle lease contract paper; and (c) arbitrarily signed the forged vehicle lease contract by the F, who is unaware of such forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged the lease contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

1) The Defendant presented F a driver’s license for D in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency of North Korea, which is an official document he/she acquired and held as D, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1(b) and at the same time and place as Paragraph 1(b).

2) On November 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported by F on the road located in front of 1086, 19:25, Jun. 29, 2016, on the line of a member of Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si; (b) followed the police officer who trackinged the leased vehicle, and (c) carried out an influence inspection as if he was D; and (d) was a driver’s license for D in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, which is an official document he/she acquired as referred to in paragraph (a).
