A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant, at around 17:10 on January 13, 2016, proposed that he was a driver’s license for the above E, a class 1 large and class 1 ordinary driver’s license for the said E, which was in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in the name of the former North Korean region, and submitted to the said G, by stating that he was “E” in the name of the lessee and the joint guarantor column of the rental contract for the rental of the siren car and signing it on his name.

However, the defendant did not have been entrusted by the above E with the preparation of the car rental contract in his name.

Accordingly, the defendant used the driver's license for the above E in the name of the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency prior to the official document, and forged one copy of the lease contract for the rental of the siren in the name of E, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised the forged private document.

2. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a J-5 vehicle at the International Mourway located in Gwangju-gu H while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.168% without a driver’s license on January 20, 2016.

3. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged a private signature; (b) signed a private signature (related to the principal driver’s detection report and the statement report on the situation of the occurrence of traffic accidents); and (c) forged a private document; and (d) discovered by drinking driving, such as the description in paragraph (2), at the office of the office of the police station of the Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, which is a Standing Park, around 08:00 on January 20, 2016, he/she was found to have been found to have been E; and (b) was demanded to verify the alcohol concentration in blood and the details of driving alcohol from L during the process.
