Punishment of the crime

When the defendant living together C refuses to report the marriage, the defendant had C's seal imprint certificate and resident registration certificate, with his intention to report the marriage at will without the consent of the above C.

1. On May 3, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “C” in the husband’s column in the marriage report form at the husband’s residence located in Asan-si D apartment 107 Dong 604, Asan-si, Asan-si; and (b) stated C’s personal information, and affixed C’s seal next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged one copy of the marriage report in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On the same day, the Defendant presented C’s resident registration certificate which was held in advance to the employee of the public service center in his name in the new creative office located in Mari-ri 2-1 at the new creative office located in Mari-ri 2-1 of the same day, and issued one copy of the forged marriage report as described in the above paragraph (1) as if it were duly formed.

3. The Defendant: (a) exercised the date and time as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2), and at a place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2) so as to have a public official in a name in family relation register enter into a false entry into public electronic records, etc.; and (b) made the public official’s entry into a false entry into a false entry into a false entry into a family register and the Defendant’s entry into a false entry into
