Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. 4. The Defendant held an event, such as a false entry public electronic record, at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), and at the same time and at a place set forth in paragraph (1), the family relation register, which is the same electronic record as the original of the notarial deed, was immediately kept therein.
