A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge, forge, or use any forged or altered registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act;

Nevertheless, at around March 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) when the front number plate was kept in custody due to the failure to pay D’s fine for negligence to a divorcedd vehicle E, Jeonnam-si’s own residence; (b) forged the registration number plate in a way to cover “E” directly on plastic board; (c) attached the forged E number plate in the front of the said car at the number plate on April 12:30, 2018; and (d) started at around 12:30, Priju-si, Priju-si, Priju-si, 17:53, Priju-ro, 53; and 2:2nd underground parking lots, the Defendant used the forged registration number plate by operating the said car at a distance of about 3 km from the above 3km to the above 2nd underground floors.

2. The Defendant forged an automobile registration number plate of air as set forth in paragraph 1 for the purpose of exercising a forged air defense and exercised a forged air defense by operating a forged automobile registration number plate.

3. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on April 5, 2018, the Defendant, starting from around 12:30 on April 5, 2018 to around 12-5 on the Cheongju-si 17-ro, Cheongju-ro, Cheongju-ro, 17-ro, Cheongju-ro, and 17-ro, Hadern 2-ro, who did not purchase mandatory insurance from the section of approximately 3 km to the underground parking lot of the second underground.
