A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

On June 19, 2018, around 20:54, the Defendant took a photograph of the lower part of the damaged women’s body for 4 minutes, using smartphones (Evidence No. 1) with the Defendant’s seat in the third female toilets of the Gu Government-si building C, and using smartphones (Evidence No. 1) with the Defendant’s seat.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will.

B. At around 20:00 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant taken the body parts and face of the Victim E (V, 35 years old), which had been melted by using smartphones (Evidence No. 1) with the Defendant’s own camera function, from the 3th female toilets of the Gu Government-si building D, for 15 seconds.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. The Defendant entered the date and time indicated in paragraph 1(a) and women’s toilets of the third floor of the C building with a view to taking the body of the women who are considered melting the gate into Kamera in order to take the Kamera.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on women's toilets, which are public use places used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

B. The Defendant came to female toilets of the third floor of the building D, and entered the body of a female who is viewed as a Kameras for the purpose of shooting the body of the female to Kameras.
