A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 28, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Camera, etc.) on September 28, 2019, on the basis of the following: (a) on September 28, 2019: (b) on September 15, 2019, taken the back images of the victim’s back, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera, taken the back images of the victim’s back, and (c) on the same day, taken the back images of the victim’s back, chest, etc. in the vicinity of the above place three times in total.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against the victim's will.

2. Around 13:46 on June 8, 2020, the Defendant, of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Cmeras, etc.) (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), on the following day: (a) taken 11 times a total of the victims’ rear habits, legs, and tampers around the above place, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera on June 8, 2020; and (b) taken her image by using the Defendant’s cell phone camera on the part of the Defendant’s cell phone camera; and (c) taken her part, as shown in [Attachment Table No. 4-14] No. 4-14 of the List of Crimes

Accordingly, the defendant taken each victim's body against the victims' will to cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
