A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes related to mobile phones (C-related parts);

A. On November 24, 2011, the Defendant forged private document: (a) indicated “C”, “F”, “C”, “C”, “G”, and “C” and “C” in the bank name column for the purpose of exercising the name of the new service contract for mobile phone opening service in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) indicated “C” and “C” in the bank name column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a new contract for mobile phone opening services in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of a documentary investigation document above 1-A

At the same date, at the same time and place as in paragraph (1), E sent the forged private document as if it were a document duly formed.

C. The Defendant’s fraud 1-A

At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), one copy of the new contract for mobile phone opening service and C’s resident registration certificate, certificate of personal seal impression, etc. were submitted, and the E conspired as if they were given consent or power of attorney to open a mobile phone from C, thereby deceiving the said E’s employees.

The Defendant received from the above employees of the above E, one mobile phone of the galgal lusium 858,000, the market price of the victim E-business owner owned by the Defendant.

2. Motor vehicle-related crimes (C-related parts);

A. On January 5, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around Hyundai Motor I points in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, entered “C”, “F”, “F” in the resident number column, and “F” in the upper limit of the guaranteed liability column for the purpose of uttering at the Hyundai Motor I point in Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) prepared in advance, and affixed C’s seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant has forged one copy of the joint and several surety contract in the name of the private document C, which is a private document on rights and duties.

B. The Defendant is holding a superior investigative document.
