A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

(A) A person who is engaged in driving of a taxi for rocketing business owned by the victim B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim B taxi company”), and D jointly accused is a person who is engaged in driving of Esch Rexroth vehicles owned by the victim M&C company (hereinafter “victim F&C”).

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant and D, using the fact that the above taxi driven by the Defendant, who was driven by the Defendant, is subscribed to the comprehensive insurance of the victim nationwide taxi mutual aid association (hereinafter “victim Mutual Aid Association”) (hereinafter “victim Mutual Aid Association”), the Defendant and D attempted to conceal the above Bosch Rexroth vehicle driven by the above taxi driving by the above taxi at the intersection when he stops in the atmosphere of signal at the intersection and caused a traffic accident by intentionally taking advantage of the above Bosch Rexroth vehicle driven by the above taxi, and obtain the insurance money from the victim Mutual Aid Association as if the traffic accident occurred by chance.

As such, the Defendant: (a) as if the foregoing accident was intentionally caused by the victim’s association to receive insurance proceeds; (b) as if it was a traffic accident due to the failure of safety distance securing, immediately after the accident, reported to the effect that “the front car driver while driving a taxi, caused the accident to the wind to stop from the yellow fire; and (c) the victim’s association via K around February 13, 2017.
