Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with B and C, lent a vehicle at a siren company, and moved along the vehicle, caused minor contact as if the vehicle was a contingency by intentionally shocking the other vehicle that changed the vehicle, and there was no personal damage, and conspired to receive the large damage from the other insurance company and receive the insurance money from the other insurance company for the purpose of agreement, etc.

At around 08:55 on June 20, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, driven D-owned E-Vehicles on the roads near Busan Urban Complex, Busan Urban Transit Daegu, and the Defendant, C, while driving on the above vehicle in order to drive the vehicle, found the vehicle in the middle line to be in the third line while driving the vehicle, and continued to cause a traffic accident as a result of a collision with the former, by intentionally moving the vehicle in the middle line to the third line without lowering the speed.
