A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 9,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on January 12, 2017 in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court for the obstruction of the performance of official duties, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 20, 2017, and is currently under suspension of execution.

[2] On September 5, 2017, the Defendants caused a traffic accident by intentionally conflicting with Defendant B’s type E-type car by taking advantage of the fact that the D Kayman car driven by Defendant A was covered by the liability insurance policy with the victim interesting fire Co., Ltd. on September 5, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendants offered to receive insurance proceeds by receiving the insurance accident from the victim company as if the said traffic accident occurred due to the driver’s negligence.

According to the above public offering, Defendant A was driving a DNA car in front of the Gyeong-do Office of the Gyeong-do, the central line on September 6, 2017, and stopped on the opposite line while driving it on the opposite line.

E received the front part of the Fsch Rexroth car.

Defendant A continued to receive an insurance accident with the victim company as if the accident occurred due to the driver's negligence due to driving, even though the accident occurred intentionally in order to receive insurance money from the victim, Defendant A received the insurance accident from the victim company.

On September 27, 2017, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim as above, and acquired the amount of KRW 14,465,460 from the victim’s type E account by receiving KRW 14,465,460 from the victim.
