A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the task with the trade name “E” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

No one shall use additives which are chemical synthetic compounds not determined and supported by standards and specifications and materials containing such additives as food additives, sell foods containing such additives, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, subdivide, transport or display such foods for sale, and foods or additives, the standards and specifications of which are determined, shall manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook and keep such foods or additives in accordance with such standards and specifications, and no one shall sell foods or additives that fail to meet the standards and specifications, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport, preserve or display such foods or additives for sale.

around November 2015, the Defendant: (a) decided to use a color or safety prohibited from using in the Republic of Korea for the purpose of clearly displaying the colors of marina products; (b) decided to use in the Republic of Korea colors; (c) decided to cause cancer risk, children’s behavior, etc.; and (d) sold 15 kinds of marina products, which are not permitted to use in the Republic of Korea due to the lack of safety confirmation, using the “edible red coloring No. 102”; and (c) “Izorine No. 105” that is not allowed to use in the Republic of Korea; and (d) sold 15 kinds of marina products using a tar coloring box of the total of 15 kinds of 15 products that are manufactured and sold 245,200 won from the beginning of the above day to June 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from November 2015 to June 20, 2017, contains chemical synthetics not supported by setting the criteria and standards as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
