The defendant shall be for two weeks from seven days after the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive to the plaintiff or his/her representative, excluding holidays.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is a cooperative established under the Framework Act on Cooperatives that run the B business, etc., and the plaintiff is a member of the defendant's association.
B. The Defendant’s articles of association stipulate as follows with respect to disclosure of the operation of the partnership.
Article 60 (Disclosure of Operation) (1) The chairperson shall actively disclose the operation matters, such as public announcement of closing accounts.
(2) The chairperson shall keep the articles of association, regulations, and minutes of the general meeting board of directors, accounting books, and lists of members in the principal office.
(3) Each report on settlement of accounts shall be kept at the principal office seven days before an ordinary general meeting.
(4) Members of a cooperative or creditors of a cooperative may request the perusal of documents referred to in paragraphs (2) and (3) or copies thereof to the president.
(False) The Cooperative may establish a provision that limits requests for a copy of a document for justifiable reasons, such as the protection of personal information of its members.
(5) The president shall not refuse any request under paragraph (4) without justifiable grounds.

2. The Plaintiff’s alleged member may request the Defendant to provide information and accounting data related to his/her duties in accordance with the pertinent articles of association. The Plaintiff’s claim for perusal and copying of accounting books and documents stated in the attached list to inspect the Defendant’s business, financial status, accounting, etc.
3. According to Article 49(1) of the Framework Act on Cooperatives, cooperatives must actively make public their articles of association, rules or regulations (1); minutes of the Assembly Council’s meeting (2); list of members (3); accounting books (4); and other matters prescribed by articles of association (5).
In addition, Article 2(2) of the same Act provides that “A cooperative shall keep documents containing the following matters at its principal office,” and Article 3 of the same Act provides that “a creditor or a member of a cooperative may peruse documents containing the matters set forth in the subparagraphs of paragraph (1) or request copies thereof.”
