1. The defendant is from three days after the day when the judgment of this case became final and conclusive to seven days excluding Saturdays and legal holidays.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is composed of the members of the above association from among the workers who work for C Co., Ltd. as a branch belonging to the Korean Automobile Trade Union under the Korean Federation of Workers' Unions, and the plaintiffs are the members of the defendant.

The defendant alleged that the plaintiffs at the time of the filing of the lawsuit in this case had lost their status as the defendant's union member, and therefore there was no standing to seek the inspection of each of the books and documents listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter "the account books and documents of this case"). 3. Judgment on the merits
A. The plaintiffs asserted that their plaintiffs are members of the defendant's association, and they seek perusal of the books of this case and documents in accordance with Articles 14 and 26 of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act (hereinafter "Trade Union Act") in order to verify the false accounting of D, the head of the defendant's branch related to the standing fees, etc. and the suspicion of non-Transparency.
B. Article 14 of the Trade Union Act and Article 8 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act provide that the accounting books and documents concerning finance shall be kept in the principal office of the trade union for three years.
Although the above provision does not expressly stipulate only the “keeping” and “keeping” of documents, the purport of the provision is to ensure democracy and transparency in the finance of a trade union for the maintenance and activities of a democratic organization, and to ensure that the above provision provides that the union members shall prepare books and documents and keep them in their principal office, it is easy for them to understand the financial situation and operation of the trade union.
