1. The judgment of the first instance court is modified upon the Plaintiff’s request changed at the trial court as follows.

Reasons

(2) The auditor of the trade union may, if necessary, conduct an accounting audit of the trade union and disclose its results.

4. Revenue or expenditure resolution;

5. Revenue-related books and documentary evidence; and

6. Expenditure-related books and documentary evidence; and

7. Article 14 of the Trade Union Act regarding the Plaintiffs’ request for access to self-accounting audit-related documents.
