Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven a 3 km alcohol level from the front side of the building on the dives of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, to the south side of Seodaemun-gu, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
