The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration 0.164%, driven on July 2, 2012 at around 02:03, a vehicle with approximately one kilometer from the road in front of the mountain basin located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, to the road in front of the 5-193, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
