Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2013, at around 00:03, the Defendant driven a volume B 1 km freight vehicle from the front side of the airport route of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to about 264 km-dong, Gangseo-gu, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.193%.
