Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.09%, and around July 14, 2012, around 140:18, the Defendant driven a C-car, which is owned by the Defendant, from the front side of the building in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to approximately 364-6 front side of the Seodaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu.
