A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

45,943,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) at the Do Government District Court on April 7, 201,

9.22. A person who has completed the enforcement of the sentence is not a person dealing with narcotics.

1. The Defendant for the purchase of psychotropic drugs

A. On March 26, 2012, around 20:00, purchase D’s 6.8 billion won in front of a bend-ro in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 40g of psychotropic drugs Mespacters (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”);

B. On March 28, 2012, around 19:00, at F coffee stores near Gangnam-gu Seoul, 8.5 million won and purchased 50 gramphones.

2. The Defendant sells psychotropic drugs;

(a) 1-A;

At around 21:00 on the same day as in paragraph 1, the 40g gramphones purchased from J as in paragraph 1 was sold to J at the front of H intersection located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for 8.4 million won.

B. On April 2, 2012, around 20:30 on April 2, 2012, at the request of I in front of K L located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the J 1-B.

As in the paragraph, 50 gramphones purchased were sold at KRW 11 million.

3. The Defendant, in collusion with N, shall trade, receive, and deliver, psychotropic drugs with M.

A. On March 21, 2012, N read up about four grams of philophones to N, and N read up to 17:00 on the same day, at the front side of the Pboard in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Central High Vehicle Sales Complex, M read up the above philophones to M and then deposit them into the Agricultural Cooperative Account managed by the Defendant at KRW 1.7 million;

(b) around March 28, 2012, N dryphones approximately 0.8ghon to N, while N, at around 18:00 on the same day, at the front side of the agricultural community located in the distance of the drawing drawing of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, giving Ma free of charge the said penphones;

C. Around May 8, 2012, N reads up approximately 0.2 gramlophones to N, and N gives him free of charge on the alley of the Saly Station Distance located in the Dong-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 17:00 on the same day to M;

(d) around May 9, 2012, N pertaining approximately 10 grams of philopon to N.
