Criminal facts

Defendants shall not possess, use, import, transport, administer, sell, sell, deliver, or deliver psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic substances, psychotropic drugs, (hereinafter referred to as “cathophones”; hereinafter referred to as “cathophones”), and bats.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On March 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sealed the instant penphones and Kenyas at the hotel in a paper bag; (b) sealed the Defendant’s travel package; (c) sealed approximately 1g and approximately 0.6g of the Chonphones and the Chons in a paper bag; and (d) sealed the Defendant’s travel package on the same day, following the arrival at the port of supply in Incheon, on the same day.

B. On May 5, 2012, around 19:00 on May 5, 2012, the Defendant purchased honphones by taking 8 honphones ( approximately 6.4g honphones) for one-time use with 4.8 million won from I and h below H in Guro-gu Seoul, and purchasing honphones.

C. Around May 5, 2012, the Defendant issued phiphones around 20:0 on May 5, 2012, 2012, the Defendant issued 6 phiphones for one-time use ( approximately 4.4g phiphones) to K at the Jamonel room located in Jamon-si, Gamon-si, Gamon-si.

On September 2012, the Defendant provided a philophone on September 2012, 2012, at around 23:00 on the lower order of September 2012, the Defendant provided a single philophone with approximately 1g of philophones to M in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu Ltel 705.

E. On August 2012, the Defendant, at 22:00 on the lower order of 1, 2012, took a single injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon from B’s house located in N in Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-si, and 50,000 philopon.
