Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on November 17, 201, and completed the enforcement of the above sentence at the Seoul detention center on April 13, 2012.

Criminal facts

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 10:20 on April 17, 2012, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won on the backway of the E hotel located in Do Government-si, and after approximately 5 minutes, 0.4g of psychotropic drugs contained in F in a single-use injection machine (hereinafter referred to as clopon) from F in the same place.

2. At around 11:00 on April 17, 2012, the Defendant injected the phiphone into a single-use entertainment machine with F and 0.1g of philopon into a single-use entertainment machine, and dilution with water, and administered the philopon by injection into each of the following arms:

3. On May 3, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from F to F in the bus stops adjacent to H hotel D at the Government-si, and purchased 0.3 grams from F in the Imotour room located at the Government-si D after approximately five minutes.

4. On May 3, 2012, at around 21:05, the Defendant inserted F in a single-use injection machine with 0.1gopon with F, and injected with water: (a) injection into the blood cells of each of the following, and administered phiphones.

At around 01:40 on July 29, 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in f, from the J-si-si, J-si, J-si, and approximately 15 minutes thereafter, the Defendant purchased 0.2 gramphones from F, which contained in F in the one-time one-time one-time one-time one-time one from the K-ro guest room located in J-si, J-si. D.

6. On July 29, 2012, around 01:55, the Defendant inserted F in a single-use entertainment machine with 0.1gopon with F in a single-use entertainment machine, and injected with water: (a) injected with each of the following arms into the blood cells; and (b) administered phiphones.

7. On March 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at the front of a restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, 100,000 won to N on the front of a restaurant.
