The defendant is a holder of unregistered 125cc.

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 10:45 on November 1, 2018, driven a non-registered 125cc c Stock with no mandatory insurance from the front road of the Sinjin-si, Seosan-si, 177-20, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, to the front road of the 3km-si, Seosan-si.
