A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around October 2007, entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment visa (E-9) and appears to be a dual nationality by acquiring the Republic of Korea from the victim C (V, 28 years of age) around December 2012, or the Republic of Korea after acquiring it from the Republic of Korea.

(See Investigation Records No. 11,81 et al.). A foreign worker of Vietnam, the status of which is changed to a visa for marriage immigrants (F-6), is planned to obtain extension of his/her stay or permanent residence before or after August 26, 2015, which is the scheduled date of the expiration of his/her stay. However, as a result of dispute frequently with the victim in 2014, each room was used for each other and promising to not interfere with each other.

Around April 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) demanded that the Defendant make a telephone call with another male and female at the home of the Defendant No. 4203 at the time of Busan Metropolitan City, Do Do Do Do 203, with the victim’s visit, and that “I am informed of his phone number. I am the male phone number. I am the victim’s disregarding it and the telephone number.” However, at the same time, the Defendant threatened the victim, such as “I am the knife of the kitchen, which is a deadly weapon,” and “I am the knife, if I am the knife, I am the knife, I am the knife.”

2. The injured Defendant, at the time and place described in the preceding paragraph, is punished for a dispute with the injured party for the same reasons as the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, walked twice in the face of the injured party, taken the face of the injured party twice by drinking, taken the face of the injured party several times by drinking, taken the body of the injured party who is being rayed with his arms, taken the body of the injured party’s body back to drinking and launching back, taken the injured party's house by gaining the injured party's dump 302 to avoid assault, and continued to take the injured party's hair back to the Defendant's house. The injured party saw the head of the injured party as a wall, and sees the left side of the injured party by drinking.
