A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 4 through 18 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. The Defendant is a foreigner of Sri Lankan nationality.

On March 2019, the Defendant conspiredd to import marijuana by using a friendship “B” and a Messenger’s phone residing in Sri Lankan Mar. 1, 2019.

B In accordance with the above public offering, approximately 370 g of marijuana was put in two plastic bags, and the transparent tape was concealed along with coffees, and the addressee was sent to the Republic of Korea using international special mail (Ems, G) after stating the address to be delivered, “E”, and “Fcom at Gyeong-si, Kim Young-si.” On March 15, 2019, the said marijuana arrived at the supply port of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan State, Jung-gu, Incheon, Incheon, and cleared the customs office of the Incheon International Airport around 16:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana in collusion with the above B.

B. At around 15:50 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant, holding marijuana, divided into about 61.34g of the hemp total, and about 20.25g of the hemp seeds, which were stored for smoking purposes, and possessed approximately 20.25g of the hemp seeds, which were stored in the Defendant’s residence of the Kimhae-si, by dividing the total of 11 of vinyl sylbropores into 11.

C. At around 21:00 on March 9, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that the studio in front of the studio of the instant B-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act was able to stay in the Republic of Korea within the scope of the period of stay, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea on April 24, 2009 with non-professional employment visa (E-9-1) and stayed in the Republic of Korea until March 21, 2019, the expiration date of the period of stay, in excess of April 23, 2012.
