Punishment of the crime

1. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:40 on January 10, 2014, at the main point operated by the victim D in Busan Dong-gu, the Defendant: (b) collected beer residues without any reason while drinking the mixed alcohol; and (c) destroyed the damage of the total market value of the victim’s ownership, which was installed on the wall.
