1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall:

A. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) shall be attached to the plaintiff's answer 2,310 square meters and the answer E 2,524 square meters on the ground attached to attached Table 1.

A. On August 28, 2010, the Plaintiff’s father H leased the lease of KRW 4 million per annum, KRW 2 million per annum, and the period from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2016 (hereinafter “instant contract”). Since then, the said land was divided into the Plaintiff’s 2,310 square meters, E 2,524 square meters, etc. (hereinafter “each of the instant land”).

B. On September 20, 2010, Plaintiff A acquired the ownership of the land donated on September 1, 201, and Plaintiff B also acquired the ownership of the land donated on February 27, 2014. The Plaintiffs succeeded to the lessor’s status of the instant contract.

C. The Defendant occupies the above land while carrying on landscaping business by leasing land 1 and 2. At present, there are trees, natural rocks, hot rocks, and pipes listed in attached Table 1 list 3 (hereinafter “the instant objects”). ② Presidential houses, 43, 46, 67, 68, and 43, among the land listed in attached Table 1, connected in sequence 87 square meters, are as follows: (a) greenhouse; (b) 47, 52, 51, 50, 65, 66, and 47 square meters connected in sequence 67 square meters; (c) 67,00 square meters; (d) 5,00 square meters; (e) 26,000 square meters; (e) 46,000 square meters; (e) 46,000 square meters; (e) 46,000 square meters connected in order to 67,000 square meters; and (e) 46,464,0,744, and 546,0.
