1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the real estate listed in attached Table 1 List 1, the Attached Form 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 5 shall be as follows.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 12, 1996, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).
