A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 27, 2012. On November 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court, which became final and conclusive on February 1, 2013, and is currently being subject to the execution of each of the said punishments in the Ansan prison.

In addition, the Defendant, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right from around that time to June 10, 2013, forged 12 copies of “written confirmation of the applicant for purchase goods and the recipient” in the name of C, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, on 12 occasions, and forged 4 copies of “written request for use of custody money and written confirmation” in the form of “written request for use of custody money and written delivery,” using a black pen for four times, stating the personal information of C and the type and quantity of postage to be purchased, and forged 4 copies of “written request for use of custody money and written confirmation” in the name of C, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.
