1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 3-1, 2, and 5-7, and evidence No. 1 to No. 3, and evidence Nos. 1 to No. 3.

Defendant A registered his business in the name of E as the owner of the instant mid-term season, and Nonparty H, as the father of Defendant A, operated the mid-term rental business in the trade name of Defendant A.

B. On March 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant A with the same content as the attached Table 1 with respect to the term of this case. C. On July 7, 2014, Defendant Public Land Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Public Land Construction”) used G PPcar (hereinafter “instant PPcar”) leased from Defendant B at the site of the new construction of apartment buildings located in Ulsan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant PPcar”) for concrete building works on the parking lots located adjacent to the 104 same 104 parking lots, and the base of the instant PPcar became weak and dried.
